Format/Equipment

  • Fitness clothes + sneakers.

  • 55 mins.

  • Pure dance cardio for 30 mins, 5-10 mins of glute work using ankle weights, 10 mins of dance cardio, 5 min cool down.

  • You’ll follow along with the instructor through dance cardio choreography.

  • More cardio than technique, but sometimes it was hard to follow along because it moves so fast.

  • Lots of jumping & energy!

Hard AF?!

  • Cardio heavy. You’ll sweat and breathe heavy.

  • Mentally challenging as you follow along to choreography.

  • Some people looked like they’ve done the choreography before and I def had some awkward moments trying to follow along. But in the end, if you’re jumping and moving, you’ll get a good workout.

  • First Timers: $34 buy one class, get one free.

  • Returners: $34 per class.

  • 305 offers community classes via email which can lower the price to $18 per class.

  • 305 also offers $26 per class classes in select cities for smaller group classes.

  • Packages and memberships are available to lower the "per class" price.

Vibe

  • Great branding and decor. Neon everywhere- lot’s 1980’s Miami vibes.

  • Welcoming instructors who KNOW how to move their bodies. I could watch all day!

  • Live DJ’s playing at select classes playing current music.

  • Studio makes you want to dance. Neon lighting everywhere and great artwork.

Classified Information

  • Set up in the middle or back if you’re new or new-ish so that you can follow the people in the front.

  • You will, most likely, face all sides of the room during class- so if you’re trying to hide- good luck.

  • Locker rooms with showers and lockers with automatic locks.
