30/60/90 is a high impact, high intensity cardio class. Your heart rate will be PUMPING for most of the class.

A super high intensity, high impact cardio class that moves almost nonstop to the beat of the music. The class works in 30, 60, and 90 sec intervals w/ little to no rest in between.
Class always starts w/ a warm-up.
The first half of class is all body weight, and you’ll go through various cardio moves like squat jumps, box jumps on the step, jumping jacks, burpees/squat thrusts (lots!), push ups.
In between sections, you’ll do an “active recovery” of moving sideways on and over the step.
In the last section of class, you’ll incorporate weights and push yourself w/ a lot of the same cardio moves from earlier.
The class always ends with 90 secs of freestyle cardio moves broken into 30 sec chunks where you pick your exercise (e.g. skaters, mountain climbers, jumping jacks, box jumps, etc.)
You’ll always use a step (w/ at least two risers) and weights (light and medium).
You’re moving pretty much the entire 35-40 mins and it’s a lot of high impact moves (of course, there are adjustments you can make).
The class tests your endurance.

Music is great which is helpful bc the class isn’t easy.
The focus of the workout changes each month and gets harder the deeper into a month you go. That means you’ll do some moves for longer on the 30th of the month vs. on the 2nd.
The studio is in the Limelight Gym building. Enter at the 6th Avenue entrance and go through the clear glass door to enter the studio that you’ll see in front of you.
