Artgym - HIIT



Artgym’s HIIT class is a 45 min high intensity interval training class comprised of many stations and lots of equipment. You’ll leave exhausted!



  • Fitness clothes + sneakers.

  • 45 mins.

  • The class starts with a five min warm up.

  • The meat of the class is three rounds of eight stations. The first round is 60 seconds at each station, the second round is 45 seconds at each station, and the third round is 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off twice through at each station.

  • In between each station is a 15 second rest, except for the third round where there is only a 10 second break.

  • The stations consist of various exercises like squat presses, push ups, spinning, burpees.

  • In our class we did a finisher, of 10 reps of 10 exercises. Think squat jumps, sprints, tire flip.


Hard AF?!

  • Hell yes.

  • This class is a great mix of cardio and strength that will leave your body fully exhausted.

  • During the finisher, I could hardly flip the tire more than twice!

  • However, there were people of all ages working out, so the class was definitely adjustable based on skill.

  • First Timers: N/A.

  • Returners: $20AUD per class (~ $15USD per class).

  • Packages and memberships are available to lower the "per class" price.



  • Minimal studio, but large and spacious.

  • Lots of equipment available. New and old.

  • The main underground studio is half indoors and half outdoors.

  • Welcoming staff and teachers.

  • Low music.

  • Tightknit group of people in class.

Classified Information

  • The studio has an upstairs studio and the underground, which is larger half indoor and outdoor studio.

  • No mirrors.

  • No locker rooms or lockers, just a shelf to store your stuff.
