A high-intensity strength + treadmill interval class. Barry’s is hardcore, but fun. It’s a full body workout and it keeps your mind and body boredom free. You’ll be totally drenched with sweat when you’re done.
Fitness clothes + sneakers.
25 mins of tread + 25 mins of strength training on the floor.
Expect interval drills on the tread and strength work with weights, resistance bands, risers, and plyometric exercises on the floor.
You’ll typically switch between 2-3 tread sessions and 2-3 floor sessions in class.
This is an intense HIIT workout. Do this on a day you are fresh and ready to WORK.
In general, you'll set the pace and pick what weights you want to use.
Expect to be sore and expect to sweat, but that’s why you go to Barry’s.

The instructors are ripped, the music is pounding, and the room is dark red, so you can get in the zone.
Barry’s has a similar “cult” following as Soulcycle- lots of merch, loyal followers, and branding.
When you sign-up, you'll pick where you want to start the workout (i.e. treadmill or floor) - most people start on the tread.
Double-floor classes are available for days when you don’t feel like running.
