CHI50 is a 50 min reformer class on the M3S MegaFormer™ that utilizes slow and controlled movements with fast transitions to tap into muscles you’ve never used before to sculpt, long, lean, and toned muscles.
The class starts straight into moves on their MegaFormer™ (which felt wider with better positioned handle bars in my opinion).
The class is based on the Lagree Fitness™ Method which combines core work, endurance, cardio, balance, strength and flexibility training in every move – to me I didn’t notice a difference between this method and other reformer classes. The moves on their reformer were pretty similar to other classes I have taken.
This class is challenging, but doable, not the hardest pilates reformer class I have taken.
Because the moves are slow and controlled with fast transitions, your heart rate will jump up, and you will sweat.
Expect to be sore in places that are hard to reach with standard exercises, like any reformer class

The space is earthy, hipster-y, sleek, & loft-like. The studio is one big room, so when you get there early you are basically waiting in the on-going class.
Bathrooms, no showers.
The music is generally good, current and low in the background.
10 spots available – so classes are more intimate.
