CycleBar - Classic
CycleBar is a classic spin class set to a tried and true format. You’ll ride using monitors attached to the bike, but the focus is still on the beat of the music.
Fitness clothes. CycleBar offers spin shoes for free (yay!).
Classic spin class. You’ll do about 30 mins of spinning (a mix of fast, slow, light, heavy work), 7 mins of arms with light weights, and 8 mins of spinning.
The bikes have older monitors on them. The instructor gives a number range to be in and you’ll find that number on your monitor.
CycleBar has TV monitors in the front of the studio to track your work during class and race against others.
Cyclebar’s Classic class is as challenging as you make it.
There were times I couldn’t hear or there were no instructions on how heavy or light I needed to be, which was a bit frustrating.
Even though we had monitors, we didn’t use them as much as I, personally, would like (i.e. using watts) to make sure I was pushing enough.
Overall, a good spin class to take when you want a classic format.
