A 45 min class that combines elements of HIIT, circuit, and functional training. Each class is a blend of interval, cardio and strength training. The F45 format offers 31 different workout variations depending on the day, making each workout unique, keeping the body and mind consistently challenged.

F45 offers 31 different 45 min workout variations (either cardio based, resistance based, or a blend of both) with alternating exercises within each workout.
Each class starts with the instructors (between 2-4 instructors per class) demoing the exercises for class, followed by a ~5 min warm-up (where you will be assigned a station # to start at). Then the circuit training fun starts.
During the workout, the exercises performed during that particular class will be visualized on a large TV screen in the room, as well as a timer so you know when to start and stop each exercise.
The exercises vary class to class as well as the work/rest time during class…this guarantees you will never be bored.
High-intensity, circuit training class.
You will be doing a variety of different exercises on multiple machines depending on the class (spin bike, rower, sandbags, dumb bells, box jumps, pull ups, TRX bands, ropes…to name a few).
The nice thing about this class is that it offers a ton of variety and forces you to do things you may not normally do on your own.. aka chin ups.

The space is one large open room, lots of steel blue, red and silver tones, high-tech athletic studio vibe, very bright.
The instructors are all super knowledgeable and genuinely nice.
Lockers and bathrooms available; no showers.
Mon, Wed, Friday are usually cardio based; Tues and Thurs are resistance based; and the weekend is usually a blend of cardio and resistance. The resistance based classes will still get your heart rate up though.
The early morning and weekend classes fill up fast. Recommend pre-booking.
