Format/Equipment

  • Fitness clothes + barefeet.

  • 45 mins.

  • Format is instructor-dependent, but you’ll move through various yoga moves, while also sprinkling in short circuits containing sculpting and conditioning moves like push ups, glute/leg raises, arm moves w/ light weights, and core work.

  • Set in a 85-90 degree room.

Hard AF?!

  • The heat was not unbearable, but by the end of class, you will be dripping.

  • The strength and conditioning moves were tough in the heat, but doable.

  • The yoga portions are standard. It won’t push your yoga limits.

  • If the class was not in a heated room, it wouldn’t be AS challenging.

Price

  • Timers: $29 buy one class get one free (i.e. $14.5 per class).

  • Returners: $29 per class.

  • Packages and memberships are available to lower the "per class" price.

  • Great vibe.

  • The studio lights are a mix of pastels and are perfect.

  • Welcoming and energetic instructors.

  • Def focused on branding, merch, and photos - mirrors are everywhere (love it!).

Classified Information

  • FitHouse is a studio with various locations that have all types of classes. They’re trying to mix the consistency and membership of a traditional gym, like Equinox, with boutique studios. You’ll see a good mix of classes on the schedule.

  • Showers. Great bathroom products.

  • Shower situation can be a sh*tshow. Only three showers at the USQ location.

  • Lockers w/ automatic locks at both locations.
