Kore is a high intensity interval class in Meatpacking that pushes your cardio and strength endurance.

Book Me

  • Classpass: ✅

Format/Equipment

  • Fitness clothes + sneakers.

  • 50 mins.

  • Each spot is marked by a bench, w kettlebells, ankle weights, and a rubber band. Spots are up for grabs (i.e. no reservations for specific benches when you sign up).

  • Seven min warm up.  

  • For 35-40 mins, you’ll work various parts of the body, almost to exhaustion. Think ten mins of core work first, then ten mins each of leg/butt work and arm work with cardio sprints in between each section.

  • Five min cool down.

Hard AF?!

  • Low key hard AF.  

  • Nonstop work and your muscles are worked until exhaustion.

  • Lots of reps.

Price

  • First Timers: $25 per class.

  • Returners: $18-$30 per class.

  • Kore uses Dibs Technology, which provides dynamic pricing based on factors like class availability, time, date, etc.

Vibe

  • Major “Kore” branding (there’s “K’s” everywhere).  

  • Small space with one studio.

  • Studio is dark with black lights. Music is current and motivating.

  • Instructors are super energetic and helpful.

Classified Information

  • IDK why its called “Kore”- it’s not too focused on the core. Email us if you find out.

  • Beware of showering. There are two showers and the entire locker room is the size a closet.

  • Bc of the size, there are sweaty girls on top of clean girls, mirrors are fogging up bc of the size, and there weren’t enough of towels (I had to dry off with hand towels!)

  • Lockers with automatic locks.

  • Book as far in advance as you can to get the lowest rates.

Most likely, but only if I don’t have to shower there.
