Off Road - Build
Off Road’s Build class is a 50 min strength-based full body circuit class set in a clean, light-filled studio.
Fitness clothes + sneakers.
Full body, strength-based training class. Very minimal cardio.
Based around circuits using different equipment.
Each interval was about 30-60 seconds.
Example circuit exercises were: push ups, rows, flys, various core exercises, kettlebell swings, planks.
Typical equipment used: weights (heavy and medium), gliders, kettlebell, resistance bands, steps.
This class was challenging, but could have been harder if cardio bursts were incorporated into the routine. My heart rate spiked here and there, but not a ton.
There were lots of push ups! Not easy.
Of course, can use heavier/lighter weight to adjust to your needs.
During station intervals, there wasn’t a lot of time to grab heavier or more challenging weight and/or band options, so there is a risk getting stuck using too light of weights. Maybe wasn’t pushed hard enough.
There wasn’t much explanation of the class format bc most people seemed to be regulars.
All levels can excel here.

Studio is very clean and minimal.
The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly.
Very friendly and welcoming front desk.
Everyone seems to know everyone. Community-based feel.
Laidback and casual. Sometimes hard to hear the instructor bc it was a little too laidback.
Small class (about 10 people).
Music was loud and motivating.
Spin studio is located upstairs.
No showers. Only cubbies.
Water fill up station.
Probably- if I’m looking for a strength only class.
