TL;DR

Pilates Pro is 50 min pilates workout on their own FitFormer™ pilates machine. The price is very reasonable and the instructors are all super nice. We dig how reformer classes force you to move slow and feel the burn. This is not the most challenging reformer class you can find, but it gives you a solid low-intensity workout.

Format/Equipment

  • Grippy socks.

  • Class starts with a short warm up of light stretching, then ~45 mins of moves/holds on the FitFormer™ that work your entire body, followed by a solid 5 mins of stretching to end.

  • The room is pretty quiet with low music in the background.

  • The instructor is mic-ed and will guide you with counts as you move through various positions and holds.

Hard AF?!

  • ProWorks is challenging, but it’s not impossible.

  • Requires dedication to see results.

  • In general, I’m sore to some degree after every class at ProWorks, usually in my legs. Usually, my muscles are back to normal after a day.

Price

  • First Timers: $10 per class.

  • Returners: $30 per class, but ProWorks offers packages and specials. *Prices vary depending on which city/country you live in (that’s right-they’re international!) Some cities offer first timers a free class.

Vibe

  • The space is sleek, but bare bones.

  • Bathrooms and showers.

  • The music is generally good, but on low in the background.

Classified Information

  • ~10-12 spots available depending on studio (I’ve never had a problem signing up for a class, but would recommend booking your spot ahead of time as classes are on the smaller side).

  • It took me about 2 classes to get the hang of the FitFormer™, and then it became second nature.
