Pop Physique is a full body sculpting barre workout using light weights, repetitive micro movements, and bodyweight on and off the barre.

The class is a full body barre workout incorporating toning and sculpting exercises.
A typical class: (i) 5 mins of core work and push ups on the mat, (ii) 10 mins of arms using light weights, (iii) 15 mins of thigh work on the barre, (iv) 15 mins of glute work on and off the barre, (v) 10 mins of core work, and (vi) 5 min stretch.
The exercises are small, but will exhaust your muscles.
Example moves: planks, side planks, glute bridges, plies, push ups, etc.
A pretty typical barre class, not that that’s a bad thing. It’s intense and a solid low impact workout.
Thighs were shaking and muscles were tired after class.
The class moves swiftly through moves, so don’t take too much time in between exercises.
Your muscles will burn and fatigue, but embrace it.
The routine is very choreographed and instructors stick to the script.
