RowHouse - Body



Rowhouse’s Body class is a full body cardio and strength class, using weights, on and off the erg.


Book Me

  • Classpass: ✅


  • Fitness clothes + sneakers.

  • 45 mins.

  • Instructor will do a short demo on how to row on the erg.

  • Five min warm up on the erg.

  • Ten min rowing on the erg, with some sprints/intervals.

  • Ten min arm and leg strength section with dumbells off the erg.

  • Ten min rowing on the erg, with distance drills.

  • Seven min of core off the erg.

  • Five min finale of power rowing on the erg.


Hard AF?!

  • Technique is the hardest part of this class. The act of rowing has specific timed movements.

  • The distance drills are challenging. You’ll def be out of breath.

  • The class rows together, but personally I wasn’t sure how to “sprint” or “power row” without moving faster.
