RowHouse - Body
Rowhouse’s Body class is a full body cardio and strength class, using weights, on and off the erg.
Fitness clothes + sneakers.
Instructor will do a short demo on how to row on the erg.
Five min warm up on the erg.
Ten min rowing on the erg, with some sprints/intervals.
Ten min arm and leg strength section with dumbells off the erg.
Ten min rowing on the erg, with distance drills.
Seven min of core off the erg.
Five min finale of power rowing on the erg.
Technique is the hardest part of this class. The act of rowing has specific timed movements.
The distance drills are challenging. You’ll def be out of breath.
The class rows together, but personally I wasn’t sure how to “sprint” or “power row” without moving faster.
