Book Me

  • Classpass: No.

Format/Equipment

  • Fitness clothes + spin shoes (you can rent for $3 dollars)

  • Each bike will be fitted with a set of weights and a towel.

  • You will grab 1 extra heavy weight to use in class.

  • The format will be similar to standard Soulcycle class, with a few extra weighted arm sections using heavier weights and timed interval sections on the bike (think 20 sec on, 1 min recovery).

Hard AF?!

  • High-intensity spin class with heavy weight arm sections thrown in.

  • Cardio - lots of intervals and endurance drills.

  • The intervals are performed with heavy resistance and you push to your max.

Vibe

  • The space is sleek, white, and crisp, but small.

  • The instructors are all badass- they all have a cult following.

  • The spin room is dark and RED for Soulactivate and the music is loud and on point. SoulCycle offers earplugs for free if you’re concerned about the noise level.

  • Lockers, bathrooms, and showers. 

Classified Information

  • Classes open up for booking at noon every Monday -highly recommend pre-booking your bike (especially if you like the front row).

  • You ride to the rhythm of the song for part of the class, but will do a few timed interval sections during Soulactivate that are not beat based. If you’re the competitive type that loves tracking your RPMs and competing with other bikers, Soulcycle may not be for you.
