Tone House - Full Body 101
Tone House’s Full Body 101 class is an intense and difficult full body, athletic-based conditioning class that is one of the most challenging workouts we’ve done.
Fitness clothes + sneakers.
The typical format: (i) 10 mins warm up, (ii) 40 min of various high intensity, high impact mixed w/ low impact exercises and conditioning moves, (iii) 5-10 min cool down.
Example class: (i) 10 mins of running, skipping, jumping over an obstacle and sprinting back, (ii) 7 mins of elastic rope movements w/ a partner, (iii) 7 mins of squat exercises using the TRX, (iv) 15 mins of sprints and bear crawls, (v) 7 mins of rowing, (vi) 7 mins of squatting and rowing heavy sleds, (vii) 5 mins of explosive cardio burst, (viii) 5 min cool down.

This is one of the most challenging classes we’ve taken.
Focuses on intense conditioning more than lifting heavy weights of any kind. I felt like I was training for my football game debut.
Thought I was going to puke at one point…
Your body will be energized, but exhausted after class.
The class jumps right into class. The classes are all back-to-back w/ not time in between- hustle!

Returners: $45 per class.
Packages and memberships are available to lower the "per class" price.
Hang out and stretch space is downstairs.
Studio, itself, is large and spacious. The floor is turf (for all the sprints you’ll be doing), and they have a vast array of organized equipment.
Team vibes. The instructors are super positive and motivating (not scary). They place an effort on starting as a team and finishing as a team. I don’t usually go for this, but bc the workout was so hard, it was helpful.
No nonsense feel. This class is not for the faint of heart.
Take the 101 class before jumping into the regular classes. You won’t regret it. The 101 classes allow the instructors to demo the moves and they also give you quick breaks too, unlike the regular classes.
Not for beginner exercisers. But of course if you want a challenging workout, do this class and push yourself, but prepared.
Pretty even number of men and women.
They have a cold tub in the locker rooms!
