Tracy Anderson - multiTAsk
Tracy Anderson’s multiTAsk class is a mix of toning, sculpting, and strengthening moves plus dance cardio all while set in a 95 degree heated studio.

The studio is heated to about 95 degrees.
This class is half Tracy’s ‘atTAin definition’ class and half ‘caTApult cardio’ class.
The first half of class will have you using light weights, wrist and/or ankle weights, and a mat (may be more or less equipment depending on instructor).
Expect to do some light movement to warm up, then move to an arm section, then glutes section.
The second half of class is full on dance cardio, heavy on the choreography (most likely will not use the equipment for this portion).
Expect high impact, high intensity moves.
From there on out, each song is focused on one or two parts of the body.
Yes! You’ll move your body dynamically for the entire class straight through.
The weights are light, but bc of the high reps your muscles will fatigue. Not the most intense sculpting class, but it does the job.
The dance cardio choreography is challenging as well. Following along can be frustrating at first, but after taking a few classes, the choreography will come easier.

Instructors are super talented, but they don’t say much or smile much. Just follow.
If you’re new, consider standing towards the back of the room to follow those that know the choreography.

No showers or locker rooms -only cubbies.
Yep, however not often since the price is so high. MultiTAsk is dynamic sculpting cardio class that isn’t boring.
