YogaWorks’ Sculpt + TRX class is a low intensity, low impact class incorporating light weights, bands, and TRX bands.

  • Classpass: ✅


  • Fitness clothes + bare feet or socks.

  • 45 mins.

  • Class is comprised of (i) warm up, (ii) 20 mins of sculpt, (iii) 15 mins of TRX, and (iv) cool down.

  • For the sculpt portion, we used light weights, small stability balls, bands, and blocks. You’ll do various exercises working your arms, core, and legs (think crunches, bicep curls, leg lifts). Nothing too crazy.

  • For TRX portion, you’ll do various exercises using the TRX which hooks into the wall (think push ups, pull ups, lunges).


Hard AF?!

  • Not really.

  • Some of the core exercises were tough bc of the amount of repetitions.

  • First Timers: Free for one week.

  • Returners: $28 per class.

  • Packages and memberships are available to lower the "per class" price.



  • The studio lobby is pretty crowded with merchandise and other items. It’s outdated.

  • The front desk person wasn’t overly friendly.

  • The instructor of the class didn’t acknowledge my presence when I came into the studio. On that note, I had to figure out what equipment I needed based on what the other two people had picked out.  I had no idea where the instructor stood, so I set up in an area of the room where I had a limited view of the instructor.

  • No mirrors.

  • Music was played off of laptop, so you can imagine the sound quality wasn’t great .

  • The instructor ended up being very cheery and kind, but I wasn’t challenged enough.


Classified Information

  • Lockers have automatic locks.

  • They have locker rooms with showers.

  • All ages attending this class.

  • The instructor set up on the wall immediately to the right when you walk into the studio.

Book Again?

No, but I definitely will try another class or two at the studio and give YW another chance.
